This honey-processed coffee, made from the Castillo variety, is roasted on the lighter side to highlight its character. You’ll find a vibrant and layered profile: notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and lemon custard, rounded out by wildflower honey and soft cocoa. The finish is crisp and clean, with a sweetness that lingers.

This coffee is a community grown blend, traceable to four producers farming small plots in Popayán, Cauca.
