This lot brings together Arusha, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties, hand selected to create a cup that is both structured and expressive. Roasted to a medium level, it opens with notes of tart apple, think Braeburn, followed by milk chocolate and toasted pecan. As it cools, the sweetness becomes more pronounced and the nutty character lingers, giving the cup a smooth and evolving finish.

If you’re looking for a coffee that feels familiar at first sip but offers more the longer you sit with it, this is a perfect choice. A contemplative coffee, it bridges the gap between classic comfort and quiet exploration. Within this premium release, it stands out for its depth and balance.

This coffee is grown by the Timuza Coffee Collective, made up of 200 small scale farmers from the Kamano tribal group. Their farms are located southwest of Kainantu, in the hamlets surrounding Namura town in the Eastern Highlands Province. The collective approach brings consistency and care to each lot, while still reflecting the character of the region.

Grown at elevations between 1,420 and 1,600 metres above sea level, the conditions support its gentle acidity, layered sweetness, and rounded body.
