Reports to: Marketing Lead
Position Type: Full-time, in-office with potential hybrid arrangement
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Mon-Fri
Compensation: 38,000-42,000 per annum, based on experience
Location: Saanichton, BC
Expected Start date: January 2026

Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position assists the marketing team in Amazon Vendor/Seller Management, Shopify Management, coordination of promotions across digital channels, and general marketing support.
Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords
- Submit and track promotional, event, and marketing forms within Vendor/Seller Central
- Monitor account health, sales performance, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure timely fulfillment of promotions
- Manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) and analyze results
Shopify
- Update product pages, pricing, and inventory in Shopify to maintain multiple online storefronts
- Coordinate creative requests for new product imagery, banners, and promotional graphics
- Ensure site design, copy, and visuals meet brand guidelines and provide a consistent customer experience
- Test and troubleshoot site changes to ensure functionality and mobile optimization
- Create promotional campaigns, discount codes, and landing pages
- Review analytics to assess site performance and implement improvments
- Support influencer and affiliate partnerships by coordinating product, tracking posts, and gathering performance data
DTC External Channel
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across paid and organic website partners
- Coordinate creative needs for ads, social content, and landing page assets with design/copy
- Monitor performance metrics to recommend optimizations
- Maintain brand consistency across all external digital placements
- Research emerging platforms, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across digital touchpoints
Role Requirements
- Experience in Shopify’s e-com platform
- Experience running advertisements on: Google, Meta
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite or Canva
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 suite
- Comfortable with new technology and software programs
Role Assets
- Understanding of the context of CPG & Specialty Coffee Industries
- Amazon Vendor/Seller Central
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices
