ORIGIN INFORMATION

Our dried fruit comes to us from a Fair Trade Organization (FTO) in Colombia called Fruandes. Fruandes purchases fresh fruit from small-scale farmers and employs women to hand cut, dry and package the fruit.

Description: Large pineapple pieces with the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Naturally sweet and flavourful. Free from sulphites and preservatives.

Really like these pineapples. Not as acidic as other brands, more sweet. THey are not as dry either, they still have some sticky gooey-ness to them. The texture reminds me of dried apple rings.
